How to enable/disable functions in python?

Good afternoon. Code example:
while True:
funk(4,9)
funk(1,3)
funk(6,2)
 funk(7,5)

There is one function, the script accesses the config file and on this basis have to connect a certain number of copies this function, but with different attributes. as in a similar situation to connect only the required functions (in the example of 4, but all 9 of them)?

Solution
Well, very bad with code and terminology. Learn the basics of Python programming before you tackle the real problems.
Something like this:
with open('config.txt','r') as config:
 for line in config:
 params = split(line[2:], '-')
 funk(*params)
I know that I have the code and knowledge is lame, and teach whenever possible in your free time. One copy of the function I'm about and represented, and how it will look if you want for example 5 copies to run simultaneously? - Hilbert_Ondricka commented on March 23rd 20 at 18:48
@Hilbert_Ondricka, please take care of the basics. This code will launch as many copies as strings in the config file - claudia.Gutma commented on March 23rd 20 at 18:51
