Where to install the boot loader on Kubuntu?

I want to install Kubuntu next to Windows 19.04 10. When you install Windows smashed SSD into 2 partition:

The first section in Windows is only displayed in "disk Management" and is marked as system Reserved, and the volume everywhere is calculated differently:
  • "Disk management" Windows: occupied 34 of 549 MB
  • Dolphin-Kubuntu: occupied 18 out of the 549 MB
  • Installer Kubuntu: occupied 30 of 575 MB

Logically, it should be the efi partition containing the Windows boot loader and this is the section you need to choose a "device to install bootloader" Kubuntu. But I'm confused about the NTFS file system and large size, as in all manuals it is written that the efi partition must be FAT32 and a size of 30-100 MB.

Tried to mount this partition and see what's inside with boot Kubuntu:

What is this section? Efi or not? Where I eventually install a boot loader Kubuntu?

Don't worry, the boot loader (ugh, GRUB) is placed on the device, not the partition.
However, when installed on the partitioning task Kubuntu requires you to specify "Device to install boot loader" and choose one of the existing sections. I won't break anything, if will indicate this mysterious partition? - Alia3 commented on March 23rd 20 at 18:53
@Alia3device, not the partition. Section is not necessary, specify /dev/sda or what have you. - Finn_Cole commented on March 23rd 20 at 18:56
@Finn_Cole, did as You said. The installer didn't like it. What to do now?

@Alia3, uh, asks to take a bite of the disk and make it type EFI partition. Make in Windows the partition is not necessary to write anything. - Finn_Cole commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:02
@Finn_Cole, did as You said. Created efi partition (sdb5). In the end the installation fails with the error message, in Windows now I can not go. Write with boot Kubuntu.

When trying to download any system a black screen appears with the words:

@Alia3and sda? - Finn_Cole commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:08
@Finn_Cole, sda is a separate hdd, prednaznachennyi for faylopomoyki that Kubuntu is besides why you can not normally recognize or mount and open. Systems are on the SSD, which is sdb. What can you do now? - Alia3 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:11
@Alia3, to clarify first that this is some kind of fucking butowski glitch.

So big (500 acres) this section was Windows 10 (and maybe 8, I was not looking), in Win 7 it really was 100 meters is normal.
No, it's not "EFI", but there really is a boot loader, boot menu and WinRE (recovery environment).

As I recall, appeared in Win10 the ability to load Linux through Windows menu. However, how to do it I don't remember, and the manual still would not do it, I find it easier to use EasyRE (or EasyBCD)
