How to access web admin interface of the camera in the local network in suske Mikrotik+NVR(Chinese)?

The situation is the following:
A Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-2HnD (configured by default nothing was set up except the wifi) 1 port (WAN) comes a twisted pair from gpon modem
9 port Mikrotik the lace goes on the video recorder.
From the video recorder out of POE for 4 cameras.
The Registrar works, the Internet it is there - with the phone via the camera app show.
The Registrar could be accessed through the computer. All with dhcp.
The question how to make so that you can go directly to the camera via the computer?
Well, in addition I would like to have access from Internet to the DVR.

You NVR with functions of switch and router? Not seen such harvesters, but that only the Chinese won't do anything. :)
Well then dig in the direction of routing. On Mikrotik need to add a route to the network 192.168.254.0/24 via 192.168.88.77. Perhaps that would be enough.

in addition I would like to have access from Internet to the DVR

the regular port forward rule on Mikrotik. If using browser, we are forwarding 80/tcp or 443/tcp if using some kind of software, then there is usually in the documentation write the port number, for example 34567/tcp.
But it is better not to do it - you open the logger quickly. It is possible to lift the vpn-server on Mikrotik and login to the local network through the vpn, but already there is a Registrar available.
