How to fix error when creating a Rails app?

As I understand it, your error comes from gems. So, either take down all the files and re-install ruby/rails using homebrew, or try to get myself in the Gemfileinside your project and push back the missing gems. Just write gem 'gem name'
For the future
You might have an error with rails server. Therefore, just reboot the computer and do not worry, the error piixide. Or you can just find the process responsible for the server and destroy it...
