Why not you can ping the mikrotik from outside (via LTE modem)?

Good afternoon.
Connected to LTE mikrotik. Internet customers have (masquerade did). No firewall rules.
Trying to pinganut external ip mikrotik itself, but there is no ping :(
My local network is 192.168.10.*/24. LTE modem itself receives address 192.168.8.1 (and it has a web interface).
So, there are these routes:

Can not understand what is not yet done?
The feeling is that ping from outside only goes to the modem and mikrotik does not reach or reaches, but he is not there meets her?

Please tell me how to fix it?
Thank you.

Solution
You need to activate "Static white ip address" MTS. If you don't want to pay, turn in Mikrotik the ipv6 packet. MTS provides these addresses automatically (esesno free) and connect to your Mikrotik ipv6. But it is provided that on your side also have ipv6.
Yeah, pay estessno not be desirable :)
Thanks, I'll try. - Mariett commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:03
