Can I use PBR to configure a Redirect on a specific L2 port and not on the next hop IP?

Good afternoon.

Tell me, is there a possibility of using a PBR or other mechanisms to set a "hard" redirect traffic to a specific port of the router.

Example: Router receiving traffic 10.172.60.0 subnets/24 and 10.172.70.0/24. Regular they go through the Eth0 port. Eth1 is connected to a piece of iron which "not visible" to the router (not able to respond to ARP). So is it possible to redirect using PBR all packets where src IP from 10.172.70.0/24 (or filter dst IP) to the Eth1 port?

Solution
Can be hung on eth1 /31ую and make a static ARP for the ip which will redirect.
If you have a goal to "change the headlines" - it is necessary to look for a router with ACC. functionality. Can you earn scheme "mirrorim on eth1 + hang egress atsl on eth0, dropsy everything."

The question is too General. Something specific cannot be answered without knowing the model of the equipment.
