How to resolve all sites using squid?

Comrades, please do not kick with feet, I'm not special, neither *nix nor pfsense is also no squid. I'm just trying to deal with what was heaped on me. Situation: pfsense is also was with squid everything worked fine, but was a failure and through this bundle everything stopped working (I understand that explain the messy and lame, but that is...) the task is to restore job. Here on this manual, make: fadmin.ru/article/nastroyka-pfsense-v-kachestve-ko... On sachchi moment, the situation is the following, like procs works, but if the site is not included in the Whitelist in Squid Access Control Lists it doesn't open. All you need immediately and quickly, but this is for me a new area - so long and disappointing :(
Please tell me (preferably through the use of webGUI) how to make allowed all sites bypassing the Whitelist in Squid Access Control Lists?

Check on the General tab, Should I tick on the "Allow users on interface".
If it is not necessary - put.
Or in Allowed subnets field, enter your local subnet.

Is

Set and cleaned up (like if "Allow users on interface" and you can specify the subnet)

Skinte screenshot of the General bookmark, Traffic Manager, Users, Authentication

But, better of course on the contents of the squid.conf file to look.
And when you do not let the sites: What message browser writes? - margaretta27 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:08

Interface Proxy and Transparent Proxy Interface should be LAN selected
Unless you have interfaces named correctly and LAN looking LAN and WAN out. - margaretta27 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:14
@margaretta27, Then just croatica problem :( the Hyper-V server, it dev with pfsense is also. Previously the server was using marshrutizator included in the General network of the company and were respectively the address from the internal pool. Pfsense is also a second interface was hung external address. Everything was Feng Shui... Now because of the departure of the router (and because the server is sooo remote) server gave external IP and poluchaetsya trail. situation: users need to get to proxy external address and external to go with it. And address of the proxy fails and one for the LAN and WAN. Why such complexity? We terminalki over the hill, people here go to the terminalkami using thin clients. Thus when they open the browser - they're all imported, and access to Russian sites either slow or no access. The chief had the idea to make the patch: send all requests for port 80 from there on this nedobrovol. I get this explosion of the brain - anywhere in the manual two interface for LAN and for WAN I have a pink one :( But like how does is happen that the site is in a Whitelist in Squid Access Control Lists.
Probably confused the explanation turned out :) - bret.McDermott commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:17
pfsense is also here, and the sessions thin clients abroad and apply to the squid inside the sessions?
Understood correctly?
It would be good for the logs of the squid to look At the time of the request address is not whitelisted.
Well, what's the error in browser issued. - margaretta27 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:20
