Webpack, Livereload, how to set?

Using Webpack in Laravel5 (5.5.19), trying to configure the automatic page reload when you change, found module https://www.npmjs.com/package/webpack-livereload-plugin
trying to install did not understand the line about:

Add a script tag to your page pointed at the livereload server

Use my dev server to nginx, not the local plan.
As it is still right to bet?

Damn it, my stupid English.
Only need to insert into the page and run npm run watch.
