What is the opposite of :hover?

Well, you understand. That transition was not only hovering, but also "uvedenie" cursor. And when instantly changing - ugly :). Heard something on this subject, but so old and not found.

Solution
.selector {
 transition: all .1s ease; // when tapping the cursor
}
.selector:hover {
 transition: all .1s ease; // when the cursor
}
@Quentin.Bail, recall that it is enough to add transition selector without :hover. - Eugenia_Emmerich commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:15
