How to customize bootstrap 4?

Need to make a 16 column layout, distance between columns is 20 pixels.

Is there no such service for 4 https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.4/customize/ ?

Apparently not, but what's stopping You to open the source code to correct 2 lines and assemble the strap yourself?

For example, in the file _variables.scss has these lines:
// Grid columns
//
// Set the number of columns and specify the width of the gutters.

$grid-columns: 12 !default;
$grid-gutter-width: 30px !default;

At the moment, the service does not yet support 4 version (and maybe not support), but bootstrap is pretty easy to adjust manually https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/getting-started/...

This is not and is unlikely to ever be.

On the page there is an example of how to use and customize styles to suit your needs.
There is a model structure - https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/getting-started/...

If not clear, will briefly describe the algorithm
1. Load the library using npm
2. Connect the desired components https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/getting-started/...
3. Variables override - https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/getting-started/...

It will work only if использованиb of sborki, such as gulp (as the source code of bootstrap - scss)
