PhpMyAdmin does something similar to "lookup Wizard" in MS ACCESS?

For those who don't know what the lookup wizard, I will describe.

Suppose we have three tables:
1. People.
2. Post.
3. Workers.

In the Posts table there are two fields:
1. Code.
2. Name.

In the People table there are two fields:
1. Code.
2. Name.

The table's two fields:
1. Human code.
2. Code posts.

I can make the table Employees instead of entering codes (Code and Code positions), you could choose the name of the person and the name of the position - using the drop-down list. I see your name, and inserted Code. I see the name of the position and the substituted position ID. Codes I can't see, but they are substituted.

In MS ACCESS this is called "lookup Wizard". It is called in constructure table when you specify a data type for a table field (with him are still the relationship between the tables. It is logical).

Is there something similar to PhpMyAdmin?
