Solution
Send the bot into the clouds.
PS This is not a joke. Bot this application, and the application cannot run when the computer is off. Run it on a virtual server.

Solution
Pour bot on the server, such as Heroku.
But what if the bot has the functionality using the Selenium library?
To rewrite all the code for other libraries like requests + BeautifulSoup is not an option (the option, of course, but I want another solution).
Just buy some dedicated server Ala "dedicated server"? - Nico.McGlynn28 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:23
@Nico.McGlynn28, I think the author of the question "How to make a bot that worked with the computer turned off?" heroka will fit 100% - Jacynthe_Stamm commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:26
@Jacynthe_Stamm, Heroku will not work with Selenum. And the title of the question is not the question. Or do you stupidly went likes to write and is not the topic the same? - Nico.McGlynn28 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:29

Solution
Hello!

Bot application, through a specific Protocol communicates with the Telegram.
The app may not work when the device is disabled.

Option 1. Pour bot on the server
Option 2. Stupid not to turn off the computer
Option 3. To buy a separate computer (just the system unit, without monitor, etc.), connect to your monitor, once set up, disconnect the monitor and never turn off.
Option 4. To upload to the server / use the constructor bots

Do not power off the computer.
