How to implement mandatory comments in DLE?

Good day dear users.
Need help. Created an internal closed news portal for the employees of the company on the engine DLE 13. The meaning is, I periodically add news to employees, they should read the news and leave a comment, but since it is a lot of news, some employees miss the news. What is my question. Is there a module/hack for mandatory comments on the news?
For example: an employee comes in to your account, and it displays a list of news that he has not yet commented.
Does it really make?

Such a module is unlikely to exist, you need that person in the comments left or just got acquainted with the news and confirmed it? then maybe it's easier to implement via a checkbox under the new, optional module. and then in which a block of output that the user saw that there.

as I see it
under the news box with sending in an additional database in which the record id, the id of user, id of the news which confirmed that he looked
Probably need to leave a comment...
Maybe with PHP it can be done?
Just on the main page you will enter the text "You are znakomilis with such news, ID "news" - Stefanie_Heathco commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:23
@Stefanie_Heathco, Yes, although it can be so but in any case, the user can simply close the tab(browser) in the database of comments is already userid and PostID - Tressie commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:26
