Apparently you need to bind the font size of the html element (aka :root in our context) to the units vw and make it the gateway. There is a good article on the subject. And then use rem units in components. Thus, following the font size of the html will change the size of fonts everywhere. You can also use these same units rem wherever the size of elements on the meaning associated with the font size.
