Left as it was, the php code generating the basement, wherever were changed to html and giving them style="color: white !important;"

The problem with this piece of code
..., .footer-menu-links li>a:hover, .archive-title, tbody a, p a, dl dd a, ... {
 color: #000 !important;
}

It is better not to use !important - these styles are difficult to override.
In this case, should be excluded .footer-menu-links li>a from the specified styles. Or remove important and ask for .site-info a different text color
