MySQL with the help of which fastest way to transfer large database from the PC to the hosting?

1) Import in phpMyAdmin to the end does not import a single table.
2) MySQL Worbench imports sooo long.
3) the PHP timeout is 180 sec, time to fill ~ 9000 lines.
Hosting usual. Not VPS/VDS
What are the options?
