How to save Excel file in CSV format with UTF8 encoding?

Hello! There is a script that works with CSV. But as evil when you save the table get the full version. How to save in UTF-8? In the Internet found nothing. I need the output just to get a normal CSV file without any notebooks online decoders and other sitelok-perdelok.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
Without perdelok will not work on it as it suggests a set of formats for export.
And where can I see this set? Maybe something else will fit. Anything, but not perdelki. - maxie.Mo commented on June 8th 19 at 16:34
go to menu->file->export as (if not confused) - Benedict_Shiel commented on June 8th 19 at 16:37

I know how to save. But how to save it in UTF-8???????? I'm tired of looking for the answer to the question, the feeling that everything around me conspired and decided to keep quiet about the solution to this problem XD. Is this program no good way to do this? - maxie.Mo commented on June 8th 19 at 16:52
