How to align the Wallpaper on your desktop?

I use linux mint. Very much an art, but its resolution 1300х1005 (almost square), and the monitor is 1920x1080. Accordingly, when I make the image background, on the screen it is centered. I need to get it shifted to the bottom. Advanced settings location I found. Can someone tell me if this is even possible?

Solution
cut it at a 16:9 format
then, stretch to full screen
or Vice versa, stretch to the desired
only God knows what you have in the picture and how can I change the aspect ratio,not to hurt the eyes.
GIMP or any online service for photo editing will handle it cheers
let's photos do
I'm good today :)
Thanks cap ; ) I did. However, I wanted to know if there are any alternatives. For example, when in social networks put the avatar, there is no need to pre-cut, they give you an opportunity to choose the location of pictures - karli_Terry70 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:44
@karli_Terry70, another of the captain's reminder: a program in Linux it is not customary to weight low required features, which can easily run other programs. - carlee_Mills commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:47

@Jenifer75, read the question carefully. Standard zoom TC just didn't fit. - carlee_Mills commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:53
@carlee_Mills,

IT features? :) - Jenifer75 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:56
@Jenifer75, or?
DE for additional editing that can be done in any editor, this is in hell do not need that feature. It is strange that such obvious logic is required not to defend, but generally sound. - carlee_Mills commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:59
@carlee_Mills,
don't see the point to cut

@Jenifer75go to bed. One of us clearly does not understand the other, and the subject is too insignificant for expenditure of effort on figuring out who it is. - carlee_Mills commented on March 23rd 20 at 20:05
@carlee_Mills,
I understand what it was ,but for my needs it will fit "any" mint/Ubuntu etc
out of the box
I'm not going to reinvent the wheel - there are other,
who do it better than me (in 100500 times) and even a money one will get.
immediately a conversation/question/answer was usually a kettle/user with others in the same - Jenifer75 commented on March 23rd 20 at 20:08
