What is the technology to make a web page in C#?

Hello!
To automate some tasks rutiny I wrote a simple WPF application. It lies on a remote machine and run it there (there are nuances of obtaining data for the application). My colleagues wanted to use the app and all was well until I found one bug in the app. I was quickly corrected, but could not perepoloshit the app, as it was revealed to one of his colleagues. In this regard, I had an idea of what you need to do a service that you can access through the website and so you can use all and quickly make changes on the page. My question is how this technology is called c# (maybe it's restfull service, but I'm not sure) and in General is it possible to do?
Thank you for your attention
