How to configure auto-completion `if` in PhpStorm?

The substitution of the IF block as described in the documentation
https://www.jetbrains.com/help/phpstorm/auto-compl...
PhpStorm automatically completes the construct and adds the required punctuation, and the caret is placed at the next editing position.

Instead of this

Only: `if ()` - no brackets ;(
I would like to have the complete template

Good morning.
In PHPStorm 2018.3 works sort of thing.
Enter a structure and press Enter
$a.if
The result is
if ($a) {

}

Enter this and press Enter
$a>=0.if
The result is the following
if ($a>=0) {

}

For this to work the cursor must be at the end of the input string.
Details can be viewed in settings ->Settings - > Editor->General->Postfix Completion->PHP
I saw it. I want to start only one i - margie62 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:49
@margie62, but it would be better if only the power of thought, you could enter code))) - Benny_Roberts48 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:52
@Benny_Roberts48, no, you not correctly understood me. In NetBeans just press the i - menu will appear auto-completion, where the first if block - press enter and voila. - margie62 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:55
