The computer, after the settings in BIOS, does not reach loading of the motherboard. What's the matter?

Went into the BIOS to change the booting from sata to usb (as previously did). Then saved the settings, turned off and turned on the comp and it does not load the motherboard. The fans run, the LEDs on the panel are lit, no squeaks. On the screen a single line, even the motherboard logo comes out. Replacing batteries did not help and switching the Jumper near the battery

Remove all. Gather at the table: motherboard, CPU, memory, power supply.

To disassemble the computer completely — it soothes and helps to clean and removes the impact of faults on each other. And, quite possibly, reset to factory settings.

Black screen
Disconnected from the computer monitor usually shows "Oops, there is no signal".
I tried to take out only the memory didn't help. I doubt that the reason in the gland or contact. Because it began after saving BIOS settings - Jadon.Russel commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:51

Get "the battery > insert the battery".
If does not help - it is not in BIOS )

And the cable to the monitor is connected? The monitor is enabled? ))

"no squeaks" - and the speaker is present and connected?
No physical effects were not over the computer. Imagine the situation. Work computer, everything shows. Just it rebooted to enter the BIOS. came in, set up the BIOS. Saved BIOS settings , rebooted again and then a black screen. - Jadon.Russel commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:53
@Jadon.Russel, I would have done so:
1) Why is there no image?
the problem is the monitor, cable video card
2) Check the monitor, unplugging the cable to see that it works, since it needs something on it appears
3) check the cable vatikay and stick on both sides
okay, that's not it
4) pull vidyahu, listen to the Squeaker
cheep no
5) checked the buzzer on or not
on the spot
6) it is necessary to check BP
go to a friend take it for a test PSU
7)connect, listen
fuck not listening
8) throw away the motherboard
I go to drink beer

PS. About the battery have already talked about the fact that the dynamics of working - you know, because they squeak every day when you turn on the computer - omari.Marks30 commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:56
@omari.Marks30, the problem is in the settings of the BIOS. For some reason they do not reset - Jadon.Russel commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:59
@Jadon.Russel, how do You know if the monitor shows nothing
BIOS also may be screwed!
Try unplugging the PSU for 10sec, then remove the battery.
It may be necessary to pereproshit BIOS, but if your monitor is not showing, how? - omari.Marks30 commented on March 23rd 20 at 20:02

Pull the power supply unit for 3 minutes already tried?
Yes, even the battery removed for 15 minutes - Jadon.Russel commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:55
Mean at the same time and from the socket and removed the battery?
Just to reset the ESCD on the old computers had it from the socket remove.

As an option to remove the RAM, try to turn on, turn off, insert the RAM back.
Of course all operations to produce the pulling out of the socket. - Uriah.Bergstr commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:58
