If when you turn on PC black screen not lit keyboard thing in the BIOS?

If you turn the computer on a black screen, and even the logo of the motherboard, and the keyboard does not light but the fans are working. This thing in the BIOS? Reset to factory does not help.

And where does the administration, excuse me? This is a common anykey....
This is a common anykey

This is already a service, certainly not "any". - amani.Kirlin commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:52

It is likely the motherboard or PSU (less likely).
Disconnect all peripherals, including the graphics card (if it is discrete and has a built-in), remove all of the die RAM except one and try to run it.
The speaker isn't beeping. Even without RAM no squeak - ezra.Gutkowski commented on March 23rd 20 at 19:54

Check the RAM moved to the PC case. Disassemble, put the RAM back and collect
