Is it possible to e-mail delivery for the attached file to specify an alias?

The file is stored on the server. Its name consists of the id of certain elements from the database in order to easily find it.
The file must be attached to the e-mail letter. When the email comes to the user, he sees an attached file, as it seems, with a strange name.
Is it possible to e-mail delivery for the attached file to specify the alias to the name are clear to the user? Is there a certain Email headers, to specify the aliases of the attached files? Or something like that.
PS Please do not write answers like "so name it on the server is fine"

The letter is passed the file name and it does not have to be the same as the name with which the file is stored on the server. To set the normal file name is the letter you need to change or configure the program to which you form email, as it is possible depends entirely on it.

If you want "dirty" but the universal method - make a symbolic link on the server the file (symbolic links are supported on both Unix/Linux and Windows) with a normal name and attach the file named symbolic link.
