Only in very very rare cases. In other words - not worth it.
Regardless of the year, if these bring you income more than the costs of maintaining the sites for these browsers, then of course makes sense.
Blah... better take care of the users with bad eyesight, they are much more than users Explorer.
I support IE scored even 5 years ago.
1. Your website audience can be VERY different. I have statistics on several projects. Where support for IE6 is even relevant. ;) And where all the trendy modern for some reason.
