Which at the moment has good training materials (books and interactive courses) in C#?

Since I came into programming for the money, I'm thinking of starting a promotion from a warm lamp PHP development in the direction of Terry and enterprise heavy applications, including associated with the financial sector. The choice fell on C# because this language is widely used when writing trading robots. I wonder this direction.

Please recommend study materials from scratch, which book or course is best to start? Not previously worked with this language and ecosystem.
