If you yuzaete CMS - you will not be able to do without the JAP server (php, ...)
Point by point:
They are all almost the same just put
- Any CMS documentation
- Yes, almost all have more than 3 years. Joomla, WP, Bitrix, OpenCart, ......
- Yes well, what's one person? github says there are 13 contributors and 70+ forks. Not much, but it is quite stable opencores. Even if it is abandoned, that will interfere with her work? Another thing is that storing data in files... Sounds bad.

What you need, provides any CMS. Take what you like. WP some
I agree. CMS involves some server-side language. But if you want a motor that would suit you 100% write itself on some framework ), but again not to do without PL - Selmer_Miller65 commented on June 8th 19 at 16:52
API CMS - heard not? Don't need a server-side language, Oh, my goodness. - elliott.Cartwrig commented on June 8th 19 at 16:55
CMS, as a minimum, involves the standardization. Most often, it's either php (just JAP server) or a client template engine, as it still connects through the server code.

I don't specializers on the CMS and can make mistakes. You know CMS where you don't have a single line to write on the server-side language? You can link to the Doc? I'm really interested - leonor36 commented on June 8th 19 at 16:58
, standardization and CMS these things are at opposite poles of logic. Thanks a fucking Wordpress that he broke the brain of several generations of developers))

Is that in the top of the Google API, CMS. - elliott.Cartwrig commented on June 8th 19 at 17:01
rather not even WP and Php. Thank you. CMS looked at the links - at first glance, it eliminates the need to write backend only contentful , but it will be necessary to twist them somehow - leonor36 commented on June 8th 19 at 17:04
They together abroad. While it's not important.but the network has already started to howlite that 60 percent of citizens approve of creating a national Internet. There is a risk. - Sigrid_OK commented on June 8th 19 at 17:07

What is the problem to use dviglo written by one person?
And then the years in production?
If You can documentation in foreign languages, which in General may be a problem with the choice?
I'm not a programmer.I can turn on the translator in Google. But now I look at crafts.beautiful.) but to put it on the server I can not. - Selmer_Miller65 commented on June 8th 19 at 16:56
it's not more difficult than to put a toy on windows, in fact it all comes down to next next next next finish.
If you want a simple system where you click the buttons nothing else to do, use wordpress\joomla\modx, they had been all non-programmers that were introduced.

If you want to help with the installation of any engine on your website) - elliott.Cartwrig commented on June 8th 19 at 16:59
