No icon appears "Safe", why (the https version)?

Hello, Dear experts! Please tell me what can be the reason for the lack of security icons "safe" site on https?
The fact that you have installed SSL certificate on my website, all links to images, files, etc. replaced with http or https "/images/...and so on" but the icon is still there, and the browsers are advised that the website is not fully secure.
What's wrong and what fixes? Maybe something missed.
Do not scold for not the correct explanation of the problem, I am a trainee in this, but learning!

Solution
Open the console, you have a website on https and the content (pictures and scripty) via the http Protocol, change links, or set up a redirect

Tell me please, how to open a console (as in the screenshot), in which the whole thing is shown? - Elvis8 commented on June 8th 19 at 16:54
