How to move your website (yii) c hosting on local server (openserver)?

Downloaded files importul dump the database, adjusted the connection settings to the database.
Open the website in your browser and get a solid puttee of these errors:
Warning: mkdir(): Invalid argument in D:\OpenServer\OSPanel\domains\site.loc\framework\utils\CFileHelper.php on line 287
Warning: chmod(): No such file or directory in D:\OpenServer\OSPanel\domains\site.loc\framework\utils\CFileHelper.php on line 288
What could be wrong and how to fix it?

Hello.
I see here two reasons for plugging:
1) When creating folder failed argument.
2) During recording, it became clear that there are limitations in the mode of file access

Apparently you have Yii1 - allow entry
<?php chmod("/framework/utils", 0755); // or 0777 ?>

When using filezilla often faced with this problem, but via console, via git, or via cmd , kraynyak composer - such problems with the access rights, there is no reason.
Maybe it's the recording, to avoid tampering of the box or in the sandbox.
