How Yandex sees http2?

Yandex to questions about how he perceives http2 meets, only a couple of notes one of their blog from 2016, which States that he is not friendly, you have the bot to send http1.1. But now, not so long come 2018, but materials dated 2017 at least I have not found where it is that http2 Yasha digests.
Need to throw bots on http1.1 or not?

A properly configured web server to work over HTTP/2 must also be able to work with HTTP/1.1 in case if the client does not support the newer Protocol. This makes it easier to transition between incompatible protocols.

Our robot is already quite able to handle the http2 Protocol, problems will arise. But the most common problem that occurs - returns the HTTP Upgrade header, when this is not required by the client. In accordance with RFC (14.42 Upgrade), if the client when you request the Upgrade header, the server must not return it. That is, the server can be enabled http2, but you need to check that Upgrade will not be refunded for all requests.
