App to chat with your website visitors?

Writing chat for all visitors of my website (i.e. an online consultant). Node.js + Socket.io.
In the role of the operator (consultant me), I will act only I.
Browser and the server part successfully written, then of course the question arose about where I am going to answer. I can't stay around the clock on your website. Ideally you need notifications about messages on the phone and chat with the visitors with it.

Third-party solutions to use a not want it, because:
  • Toad strangling
  • Most funky and my chat is a design element of the website.
  • It is interesting to write browser and server side yourself. Modify to fit your needs and to understand exactly how it works.

To accept four options:
  • Telegram-bot. The downside is that the bot, like, can not create private chat rooms and can be confusing who is responsible.
  • VK Messages API. Not exactly figured out if it will work this way. Who worked with this, please explain.
  • PUSH in the browser on the phone and on the laptop. So reliable are these PUSH notifications?
    May not always reach?
  • Samobytnoe simple app on Android. Will have to study the docks and spend a lot of time writing applications.

Maybe there are any ready-made applications on Android to organize chat websocket?
Or how impressive the volume of work, if you write the app from scratch?
Can anyone have implemented such using the Telegram-bot or VK Messages API, please share your experience?
What else can be options for organizing the chat from your phone with your site visitors?

did so. I think I will have to do it in the browser with PUSH notifications. Wanted to know what can be alternative options. - Madisyn_Crooks commented on June 8th 19 at 17:07
, Cordova is a good option. The same chrome but with the permissions of the apps (access to FS and everything else that is the application). - maybell.Shiel commented on June 8th 19 at 17:10
