NetBeans 8.2 how to reset/update the files responsible for version control for a project?

Worked in NetBeans 8.2, there was a crash of the system. Restart. I go back to NetBeans and I see that when changing the file next to its name in the tab doesn't appear the flag "-A" + the name is not highlighted.
Before the name was highlighted, informing that the file has been modified but not saved. How is it possible to restore? can anyone come across?

There is a view here, when changing the font became bold, like on screen + change the color after the expansion was the flag "-A".

Here's another when copying files from folder to folder on the project, the error:

I understand damaged files responsible for version control for a project, how can they be reset / update?

In General, I found nothing better than to carry a folder .git and initialize a new project repository again. Overall helped
