URL support iOs apps?

After the first attempt to put the app in appstor received a reply from Apple:

The support URL specified in your app's metadata http://ХХХ.ru, does not properly navigate to the intended destination.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please revise your app's support URL to ensure it directs users to a webpage with support information.

At the address I have hanging working page but is empty, no menu and information.
That is, I had intended later to make this website.

Do I understand correctly that there is something still should be similar on the support site?
If Yes, then what is the minimum of information you want to add?

Put a bit of screenshots with accompanying texts. To the support they may not have any relationship. If only the General meaning was clear. I have to do this, in page of application in Facebook opened. As a support in a connection URL is specified it for two years everything is fine and never had no problems.
understand ATP

I'm curious to understand - they generally check the links on the support page? - Louie.Brown40 commented on June 8th 19 at 17:14

Advertising the site is not required, in contrast to the support, so that you can safely remove it so as not to duplicate. - abdullah91 commented on June 8th 19 at 17:23
