How to get the value using foreach in a multidimensional array, if one of the arrays are not associative?

Generally pulling data from the instagram api , I transfer the Json into a multidimensional array , but one of the arrays , not associative . Need to get all the pictures [standart_resolution]->[url] . But due to the fact that the initial array is numbered , I can't write foreach . Tell me friends , just started to learn php , and I put it very clumsily , but I think the essence is clear , thanks in advance

foreach works with an associative array use the key value foreach ($arr as $key => $value)
$key - the key (the numbered index and associative key)
