How to switch to an empty tag in the text?

Suppose there is a list
the <ul>
the <li>
the <ul>
the <li>question</li>
the <li>answer</li>
</ul>
</li>
the <li>
the <ul>
<p></li>
<p></li>
</ul>
</li>
the <li>
the <ul>
<p></li>
<p></li>
</ul>
</li>
 </ul>

And need using hot keys to move to the next empty tag. Earlier in the Windows, it was the combination of
ctrl+alt+up/down, now in Ubuntu it doesn't work.
Searched through the config hot keys, but found none.
Someone tell me how that command is called?
Thanks in advance.

it seems there is no binding. there is a jump by tags
ctrl + Shift + <
ctrl + Shift + >

In phpstorm, the cursor switches to the empty tags by click on the Tab
No, it is the main feature of sublime. I will find you and I'll show you later. - Luigi_K commented on June 8th 19 at 17:16
