How to remove automatic scrolling on the website?

Hello!
Develop a website, there is a problem: when you enter to the main page of the site automatically skrollitsya to the second unit. Looking for a solution everywhere: in CSS, JS, jQuery, but I haven't found a solution.

P. S. in Mozilla, Opera and Chrome works differently:
  • Chrome throws in the second block, then returns to the first;
  • Opera throws on the second block, it remains;
  • In Mozilla there is no problem, everything works fine.

It iframe moves website.
I also thought so at first, but my throws are not on an iframe and anchor #plugin-block. This should not be. - astrid.Wyman commented on June 8th 19 at 17:21
iframe 100% as I took your iframe and inserted it into a local file test.html. Added top and bottom lorem and opened in the browser. And voila - skrait to iframe. - Zelda73 commented on June 8th 19 at 17:24
