How to connect to the Telegram bot statistics?

Please help me to connect PHP to a Telegram bot usage statistics, with the help of Botan.io
Nothing happens... :(

The token and stuff I already have on the metric, just a question how exactly such a bot tie (with this library).
I tried to register here so

$token = "TOKEN SAMOGO BOTA";
$bot = new \TelegramBot\Api\Client($token,null);
$bot = new \TelegramBot\Api\Client($token,"TOKEN BOTAN");
