What settings should I set the saved video in SonyVegas Pro 10.0 to when playing behind the sound?

In SonyVegas Pro10.0 glued 4 videos in 1. Rendering used output format "Sony AVC/AAC". The preset "Internet 1920/1080-30p". Bit rate of 20 000 000. I chose these settings because I read in the Internet that they are suitable for upload to YouTube.
The video remained for about an hour. After reproduced in Windows Media Player. 8 minutes the sound began to lag behind the video. I assume that I need to change audio settings when rendering. If so, what? Thank you.

Solution
The sound may lag only if you have enabled VFR (variable frame rate). This usually happens with the video that was made by the programs to record the screen, and the like, camera shoot continuous frame rate.
That is when you output you need to set a specific frame rate, for example 25.

Do not quite understand about the bit rate of 20 million, it is usually considered to be in megabytes per second (or thousands of kilobytes per second). Put 16 megabytes, CFR (constant).
