Is it possible to name the columns in the result set with values from the table?

Good night.
There is table a with two columns: name and value. I want in the sample were all of the string value, but that the name column was the value of name. Simply put, there is a line with name = John Smith and with value = Some value, and I need to have in the result column entitled "John Smith" and not the name column as it would normally. The more unique values in the name column, the more columns must be in the result set.

Is it even possible? Tried to put the subquery in the select expressions (that the result of the subquery was tausala as an alias), and a few more options, but it did not.

Thanks in advance.

I should start by saying that regardless of the number of rows on each column one name.
Accordingly many names = many columns.
And so it is necessary to look in the direction of the pivot tables
Like in MySQL it's already there.
Yes, pivot is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! - Annabelle_Schoen commented on June 8th 19 at 17:35
