How to execute class method in thread?

Here we have a class MyClass and in this class there is a method, which is a specific condition calls another method in a new thread, but I'm not quite sure I'm doing it right. So I appeal to you.
Here's how I did:
std::thread NewThread(&ClientThread, *this, NewConn);

Many will not rant.. I am confused by *this.
Thank you.
