SunFire X4440 noisy fans on how to reduce the speed?

The crux of the matter.
I got server SUN SunFire X4440. Everything is fine. But the fan noise on ball bearings...the horror!
In the BIOS there is no mention of acoustic settings. On the website SUNŠ° also nothing really. Maybe there is some utility to manage them ? Them there 6 pieces (pair of units). You can change to get on the go. Left 3 pairs. The server is not loaded and the CPU barely teplytsia. But still, shit-kicking noise. How anyone got out ? Is there any model Fans slip on size..same with rotation sensors ?

Pyroelectric sensor, infrared led, atmega, polevik, at the foot of the shim.
Of a pyroelectric material feels relatively light. If the temperature is somewhere where he's looking, more than, MK needs to add speed to his fan. Momentum can be measured of an open optocoupler. For example, paint the blade a mirror paint. rs232 for communication with the server (disable if bad at all) and piezodynamic to yell, "help, me hot...".
