Low resolution boot screen in Windows 10?

Hi all. I have a question that I can't find the answer. I had the following problem. I put together a new computer, Ryzen 2700X, Nvidia GTX1660, 16GB DDR4, SSD 2.5 512 gb, Aorus B450 Pro, Win 10 OS x64 (1909). The system works very well. But there is one thing. When I press the power button I'm greeted by legatia BIOS, then it goes normal boot screen Windows 10, and after a few seconds the screen becomes dark briefly and the screen displays a circle of rotating dots, but it is low resolution. After that, login screen appears user but a normal resolution (1920 x 1080). Again, the system works fine, but is very annoying this additional zagrozony screen with low resolution.
What was done: re-installed Windows, put the other SSD, re-installed drivers for everything, including graphics card - all has not led to success.
Forgive help!

If to me the sclerosis does not change, the screen resolution during boot is always 1024x768. Would have been 640x480. From drivers video it does not depend on loading screen appears, even before their full launch. Screen no logo with a big circle of dots is usually displayed when some equipment ostanavlivaetsa or something of updates. Offer to score.

The decision is excellent, but it does not solve the problem.

I also noticed that if you enable Fast Boot, then this problem not occurs, but then does not work Wake On Lan, which I really needed. - Athena.Schmidt commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:22
@Athena.Schmidt, Ask on the microsoft website.
There's a very competent support - Adolphus.Balistreri commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:25

So is the loading screen of Windows 10... what's wrong?
Read the question carefully. There's some additional load in low-RES mode. - Athena.Schmidt commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:24
@Athena.Schmidt, posomtrite logs download, Manager. there in theory should be specified, that is loaded - Deion.Braun commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:27
@Deion.Braundid, disconnected all services, all applications from startup Windows clean. Still blinking, the screen briefly appears the loading screen with a circle of low dilution. - Athena.Schmidt commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:30
@Athena.Schmidt, for example.

@Deion.Braun, 1909, the usual way to the official site via the Media Creation Tool. License, activated my key.

In the procedure there is no video, it's Ryzen 2700x. - Athena.Schmidt commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:36
@Athena.Schmidt, I mean normal. There are very large differences between home Windows and normal.
Like a uploading video(well, obviously), to play with the drivers vidyahi? - Deion.Braun commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:39
@Deion.Braun, I mean that it's not Assembly. WIn 10 Pro x64 1909.

I will try, thanks. - Athena.Schmidt commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:42
@Athena.Schmidt, as an option, if the wind rutrekere pulls off the image of win10 LTSC, poprobuite his sales without activation - Deion.Braun commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:45

thank you all for the answers. but unfortunately I couldn't find any normal solution to this problem. I just stupidly bought a new super fast SSD based on PCI-Express (Aorus). Download Windows so fast that all the problems disappeared! If you do not mind 14-year-thousands - a solution to the problem.
