Why not start the samba daemon?

Restart the daemon service restart samba, but samba does not start, config not rules until they touched the demon, everything worked, then screenshots

The problem was the process, not the killed processes did not give the okay to restart the samba daemon. Apparently a bug of some from
it's not a bug, it's a logical behavior, and strongly recommend that to use systemctl and when the question write, attach the logs.
