Why not connect your mac via vpn?

Hi all. Set up vpn l2tp on microte. The settings are all on default, as in the instructions, except, of course, passwords and user. With Windows connect generally fine, though had in the registry include: AllowL2TPWeakCrypto (1) and ProhibitIpSec (1). But Mac refuses to connect. Says "server l2tp vpn is not answered..." I do Not know in what place to look. And, unfortunately, now I can not upload screens of the settings microta. Can someone "telepathically" even tries to help. Settings in principle, you remember, can you clarify something. I would be very grateful.

For L2TP the Mac then, the desired shared key. Are you his type? Without it does not plow 2 years.
Of course, VPN with preshared key. - celestine.Hean commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:23

Open a console, start a connection on the Mac and watch logs. See also logs and Mikrotik.
