How to clone Windows 10 on a certain section of the SSD?

Don't want to waste time on a clean install again to configure and install all programs (ago put).

I bought the SSD break it down into 2 sections for Windows and Kubuntu, I want to clone my system partition for Windows.
Acronis True Image says that when you clone all the partitions are deleted. And is it possible for me then to break the already used data drive on the second partition for Kubuntu?
Or are there any other programs to clone the system?
Data 100GB, so the stick will not fit.

no need to create partitions on the SSD , copy the old disk , transfer to SSD , and after that a little play with the size of the disk
And then you can allocate a new section in what way? - Maude commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:30
@Maude, cut the space for the new partition is not a problem that Acronis knows it , but I like aomei partition assistant or Paragon Partition Manager - estevan_Nienow commented on April 3rd 20 at 17:33
