How to change styles on your Wordpress by using patch file?

You need to make changes on the website which runs on Wordpress

The client dropped the file wp-content.
Access to the server I have no password to the wordpress admin too. The client wants to patch a filewhich it adds to the server and that will fix the error.

Task: need to make a patch file that will change the style in the header, namely, opacity: 0,7;

Please tell me how to do it. Don't really understand how it should work. With me chocolate)

Press F12 in the browser. Addicted to to explore and select in the header.
Watching styles on the right - enter for example
.heder-something {
opacity: 1;

give that to your client and let them enter in the admin custom styles of the theme itself, if the accesses are clamped.

What patch? You are there for a smoke with chocolate not those manuals. No WordPress, no system patches to add.
