PC configuration for games suitable for heavy compute?

You must be a PC configuration that would provide sufficient power for heavy computing operations. The Internets are all mostly collect PC games, there are many different configurations for this. Will there be enough capacity at the rear for heavy computing operations? Will not be any surplus resources?

What in your understanding is "heavy computing"? What is planned to calculate?
Just maybe we will advise you here is one, and you will need much more computing power.

Usually the problem is just the opposite. For a gaming PC need a good graphic card, and the rest - so yourself. For the compute - need a lot of cores, lot of frequency, lots of cache, lots of memory... However, and a lot of money too.
The question in the following...
And what is considered then? And how? In parallel (90 percent of the tasks paralleled), or sequentially (there are those that did well not to thread!)?

Computer for games is HIGH graphics performance, and the rest is "optimal" to not hit on the wallet.

The complex for being computed is the MAXIMUM of all, percent, memory, and even a video, because the calculations are different, can be on the GPU.

"Redundant" to put a powerful graphics card, if in calculations you don't need it. But if you know what you need, you wouldn't be asking, right?

heavy computing operations

A finger to the sky.
You need to give an example, to see what you think and buy according to the specified requirements.

Heavy computing can use a cpu/gpu/RAM/lots of storage space. How do we know what exactly you mean by "heavy computing"?

Is to estimate bottlenecks. What abut work?
In memory?
In disk operations?
In the network bandwidth?
Even working on computing, modern processor can constantly stay waiting for the periphery, if the processed data does not fit in its cache. For igrulek a large cache is optional, but computational performance can really raise.

Who the hell knows.
It all depends on the PO and these the math.

PC configuration for games suitable for heavy compute?
It depends on what you understand by this.

  • Games need a fast computer.
  • For calculations there's more productive.

Will there be enough capacity at the rear for heavy computing operations?
You need to know exactly what operation and what kind of load they give.

Well, at least you need to say the amount which is calculated. Otherwise, no specific answer do not wait. Can you collect for heavy computing and specialized PC programs for 800 thousand or higher. And can and for 200-300 thousands. Can for games. But again, on a different amount, for example, and PC for heavy computing can in games to be worse than PC games which are 2-3 times cheaper.
