How do I output html in the render function?

Something tupno I can't understand. Write a component, rather I need a minimum component, tobish functional . A conclusion in which I have to cram the html code.

render(createElement, { props, children }) {
 return "<p></p>"

But the catch is all that I use the js library and the code it generates. In fact, it gives the svg image with all options etc. In the manual is not hunting to duplicate the code and do it using createElement. Is there some simple solution?
