How to work with 8 Angular and PHP on a local server?

There is a task: to write a website Angular on the front and php on the back-that will only take and give json data and communicate with the database.
The question how to do a bunch of Angular and PHP and SQL on the local server?

For PHP I use XAMPP, angular collected through the standard np serve.
You can do np build and open it using another local server, but it is very inconvenient.

Understand that in this case it is better to use Node.js but I need to do it a bunch of Angular + PHP

I recommend not tormented with denviron and raise the V-world, and the same as the host such as debian.
Memory is 512 MB. The main bonus will avoid bugs on the battle server are associated with different behaviour of mysql and nginx.

Only enter the ip address of the path in the hosts file c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Separate flies from cutlets separate the visual part of Angular and separately, the API in PHP and then everything will be panacee.

Angular is a static website, to give it away don't need PHP and Apache too much, add this to your nginx stack
1) Primary domain will give a static website on angulare
2) Everything in the folder /api will redirected on your XAMPP
Read about RESTfull API, and choose the convenient for you framwork to implement it in PHP

I recommend to not bother with XAMPP and have the time to learn read about Docker
