Do I need to take into account PPI in web design?

I work at Adobe XD, the resolution of my laptop is 1920x1080, diagonal 14. Sometimes notice that physically, the fonts look different on other monitors of laptops. As I understand it, Adobe XD standard is 72 PPI.
To change it does not.
Therefore, the question is: do I Need to think about how the design will look like the design (fonts, vector and bitmap objects) on monitors with different pixel densities. To do a few layouts?
