Why when you install you are not prompted for permission?

Good day, dear! There is a problem, put a backdoor into the desired APK file, everything is fine, everything works. When you install clean Backdoor APK POPs up a bunch of permissions, but with sewn in APK app Backdoor'Ohm permission is not requested (the application Itself works without permission). Looked in the manifest - all permission written, you know what has changed logic after Android 6.0, but have no idea how to reverse engineer what code and where to paste and compile, who will be able to help I would be grateful!

can sloppy Manifesto but I think it's not much help,
Yes, in the manifest embedded bedorom provided all the permissions, but when installed none of them is requested, because after the Android version 6.0 they are requested when needed and when they need through the backdoor - not requested( - Lenny commented on April 3rd 20 at 18:29
